great location , but room cleanliness needs attention

The staff at reception were helpful, always ready with local tips and directions. The location near the Sisli area made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the spaciousness of my bathroom, nice for a comfortable experience .

you got good value. nicely designed hotel, staff were eager to help, the location was decent close to the main attractions. i enjoyed the breakfast with a good choice of fabulous food.

Right, I stayed for 5 nights in a proper cozy spot, near Osmanbey metro. The reception team were a bunch of legends—so helpful! Breakfast hit the mark with fresh coffee too! But, 'old mate' next door kept banging on my door, which was a bit much. Still, would recommend it!

Stylish hotel, clean, employees are excellent, and location is decent near to Osmanbey metro. The units are functional, luxurious with big windows. Great to have a safe, cable channels and a mini bar fridge: )

Cleaning needs significant improvement!!! Dusty furnishings, noisy doors disturb sleep, and unwashed carpets must be addressed for a better guest experience!!!

The cozy atmosphere and friendly reception staff. Enjoyed fresh homemade yogurt at breakfast, a real treat. The sound isolation was surprisingly good, yet the hallway noise from slamming doors disrupted sleep at times. There were also minor issues with slow Wi-Fi.

Homelike hotel was amazing! Felt so much like home, the staff were super chill and helpful. Location was perfect, just a short walk to taksim and next to cool shops. The breakfast was good too, and my room was super clean with comfy beds! Can't wait to come back.

I have just returned from a wonderful 7-night stay, during which the combination of friendly staff and super clean accommodations. The location near Taksim and Nişantaşı was ideal for exploring, and the cozy atmosphere in my Standard Double Room felt just like home. I loved the excellent service, especially Mr Mustafa's unwavering support and engagement. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. This is a hidden gem!
